At the February 18, 2026 open board meeting, the board approved the work of the Bylaws Committee and the recommended changes to the bylaws and CC&Rs. These will be processed by the HOA attorney into final form, and then submitted for a vote of the members. Approval requires 75% of the members to vote in favor of the changes. Much thanks to all of the members of the Bylaws Committee for the tedious work to update our documents.
