Homeowners may not attend this meeting, but the HOA is required to notify the homeowners about the meeting. This is an executive session meeting where contracts, employee, disciplinary, legal and other matters requiring confidentially may be discussed. For board members only, the meeting is on Zoom on computer or smartphone, or by dialing in.
