Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 1/19.
- RMC was finally able to reach the manufacturer of the metal roofing material. They said the product is made in Sacramento and made to order so there should be no problem meeting our needs when ready. RMC will have more to share once they are provided with exact pricing and manufacturing information. This material has its own seamer (tool that attached panels together) that is specific to the material. They will provide the seamer during on site production.
- Mitigation crews are on site to handle interior damage of new roof leaks. Roofer scheduling is in process.
- If any interior damage repairs are needed, RMC will schedule repairs upon notification that the area is dry and ready to rebuild.
