Below is an update from RMC on the progress as of 2/2.
Items completed this week:
- Unit 124 drywall hung and taped on 2/1
- Expected to complete texture and painting on 2/2. Will update if this changes.
- Unit 36 trim installed around the closet. Painter to return to touch up paint on the wall.
- Storage bin being ordered to store windows until time to install. Windows will be arriving next week. We will need to schedule the installation once the weather is stable.
- Roofing sample for metal roofs has been shipped to our roofer. Once it arrives and we review and send it to CW to inspect and approve the sample.
Items scheduled for next week:
- Delivery of the storage bin for window/material storage. Dave will designate where the bin is to be dropped.
- Window delivery after the storage bin arrives.
