The board has signed a contract with Restoration Management Company (RMC), a contractor recommended by our insurance company, to begin repairs on our units from the damage last winter.
Our first, low-bid, contractor became unavailable. Our second, next bid, contractor agreed to do the work, but after several weeks of prodding for a start date, was also unavailable. RMC is a national firm and has been prompt in getting paperwork and other required contractors moving. With some luck with material availability and the weather, most or all of the work could be done by winter.
