NTFD is planning to resume pile burning on Wednesday, January 3rd.
Work will start at the area between Carnelian Woods Ave. and Silver Pine Dr. and may move uphill if conditions are favorable. The remaining acreage including the California Tahoe Conservancy (CTC) property will be burned at another time.
The ignition request has been submitted to PFIRS, and the TFFT Notification will be out by Tuesday January 2nd, if not sooner.
