Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 3/22.
- Roofing manufacturer does not have a sample of roofing material in the Carnelian Woods color. They are sending paint chips to us to compare with the sample piece we have. Once it is determined it is an exact match, we will order the materials.
- At this moment, the roofing materials are 4-6 weeks to delivery from order.
- Roofer and RMC are putting together a plan sheet to submit to the county for permitting purposes.
- The underlayment materials are stocked by our supplier now, so we have little to no lead time on the underlayment materials.
Once RMC verifies the color is correct, they will notify everyone upon ordering of materials.
