Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods.
Items completed this week:
- Remainder of upper buildings painted where siding was replaced.
- Unit 126 window trim repaired.
- Looks like we found the roofing material manufacturer, or at least a material almost identical. Spec sheet from the manufacturer looks correct. We are awaiting color samples to confirm.
- Permit received for unit 42. We have not received the underlayment yet. Once we receive the underlayment we will schedule repairs as weather permits.
Pending items:
- Once we have a confirmed roofing material that matches or is approved we will begin these repairs as weather permits.
