Due to the tremendous increase in our insurance costs, per Davis Stirling law, the regular assessment for 2025/26 will need to be approved by a vote of the members.
Bottom line, this ballot is to approve a 1.78% increase over the quarterly dues payment in the July quarter to $3569 from $3507. The $438.00/quarter special assessment for siding is additional and remains the same. While this is a small increase over the last quarter dues, the total annual dues is greater than a 20% increase over the prior year’s annual regular assessment (the insurance increase was only collected for half the year).
