Maintenance Request

If you have noticed an item that needs maintenance, contact our Facilities Manager.

Owners are responsible for the finished surface of the interior wall of the outer shell inward, and all connections to the utilities from the service entrance inward (see CC&Rs for exact definition). The association is responsible for everything else. If you notice a problem with the unit buildings or the common buildings or common area, please let us know! So roof leaks-> association, broken railing -> association, water pipe leak-> owner, though we’ll help get the water turned off to minimize the damage.
