Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 5/2/25.
- All structural work is completed and ready for painting.
- Chimney extension completed on unit 42. Roofer will arrive first part of next week to complete the top of the chimney. We have tarped and sealed it for now until the roofer arrives.
- Once the roofing is completed, RMC will return to complete all painting and final touchups on all decks and chimney for completion.
